The DreamSF Fellowship (" DreamSF ") stands for professional and economic inclusion , offering a paid leadership and professional development platform for undocumented immigrant students and aspiring professionals regardless of status who are eager to make a tangible impact . Through partnerships with local immigrant-serving organizations , fellows engage in hands-on experiences , from direct services to advocacy and immigration law . Guided by mentors and enriched by weekly seminars , they not only cultivate their professional skills but also forge deep connections within the immigrant community and the broader social justice landscape of the Bay Area .

As a program under the City & County of San Francisco Office of Civic Engagement & Immigrant Affairs (" OCEIA "), DreamSF embodies the City ’ s commitment to promoting inclusive policies and amplifying immigrant voices to ensure full civic , economic , and linguistic integration .
This report captures the tremendous impact of DreamSF over the last ten years through over a hundred survey results , compelling data and personal stories , and the impacts on individual participants , the immigrant services field , community-based organizations , program staff and supporters . Beyond the pages of this report lies a beautiful community of mentors , friends and lifelong relationships cultivated through intentional belonging and solidarity , which remains the most profound legacy and impact of the program .
