WELCOME any & all to the October Wellness & Wonderwomen E-Magazine! If there is one thing I have learned over the past few years of trying to be my personal BEST & encourage those in our space to do the same- it's that it takes some SERIOUS WORK to really conquer this journey. Often times, we want things to be way easier than they really are & it is so very tempting to quit when the

odds are against us. There is nothing that inspires me more than a MOTHER on this wellness journey who not only has the responsibility of HER health to consider, but that of her children & family. It takes a serious amount of determination & motivation to find the time to take for herself because she knows how important that balance is. She wakes up early, cooks extra meals, runs around all day & STILL finds time for herself. She holds the family together, protects the ones she loves & STILL makes space to love on herself daily with a workout or little self care. She has multiple opportunities to give in to the 'convenience culture' and choose unhealthy options for her body: but she stays strong. She stays strong in ways that many of us will never know, but she Stays Strong. Cheers to the mothers out there doing their BEST to be their BEST. It is MORE than enough. My mother was/is & always will be the biggest influence & motivator in my life. Her work ethic is a true reflection of my commitment to DragonFit & making it THE HEALTHIEST place for women to discover personal greatness. It is a HUGE HONOR to spotlight some of the SuperMommas in our space this month & I hope you truly enjoy the work & love we have put into this publication! There is nothing but good things to come for the women in DragonFit & the movement we are creating. Thank you thank you thank you for being here & ENJOY the Journey!
