Behind Steve Torrence ’ s rise to NHRA Top Fuel dominance over the last decade is a tight-knit group of team members with decades of collective experience and an unwavering passion for drag racing . Led by Richard Hogan , who worked for “ Big Daddy ” Don Garlits in his early 20s , this group includes brothers Bobby and Dom Lagana , as well as longtime crew members Gary Pritchett and Justin Crosslin . The team isn ’ t big on traditional labels , as each member contributes to race day decisions . It ’ s a structure that clearly works ; the team is chasing their fifth world championship .
