Newly crowned Mid-West Pro Mod Series champion
Aaron Wells does a smoky burnout across the
Texas Motorplex starting line in his supercharged
‘67 Mustang GT-500 during the series’ inaugural
Atomizer Racing Injectors MWPMS Invitational at the
NHRA FallNationals. Wells went on to beat Justin
Jones, his championship challenger, in the final round
to claim the first NHRA Wally awarded to an eighth-
mile winner at an NHRA national event. “Honestly,
that was as exciting for myself and my team as
winning the season championship,” Wells said.
