GODZILLA
Longtime nitro racer Rodney Flournoy of Inglewood,
California, is a fan favorite when the Fuel Altereds come
to the line at the famed March Meet at historic Famoso
Raceway in Bakersfield. Flournoy was caught blazing the
rear tires on his Friday night qualifying run. Inclement
weather throughout the weekend shortened qualifying to
just one session and Flournoy was unfortunately outside
looking in for a trip to Sunday’s eliminations. Regardless,
the “Godzilla” AA/Fuel Altered is one bad hot rod.
