Field Verification: The Rater will conduct field compliance verification and take photos of the project and the perimeter area.
Documentation: If it is not easily evident from field verification, the Rater will collect a site map showing perimeter development connections and / or existing utilities and distance( in linear feet of piping, not radius) from the site to comply with the measure’ s criteria.

Documentation: The Rater will collect builder’ s documentation of brownfield designation and appropriate remediation.

Field Verification: The Rater will conduct field compliance verification and take photos of designated areas.
Documentation: The Rater will collect the plan of the site and preservation areas and documentation for land preservation.
