VERIFICATION Measure M5.1 Field Verification: The Rater must complete field compliance verification, and take representative photos.
Documentation: The Rater must collect documentation specifying the efficacy of the lighting from the builder.

INTENT
To reduce energy consumption and energy costs associated with lighting. To contribute to environmental benefits, such as a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
M6. CENTRAL LAUNDRY
CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION This measure applies to multifamily only.
One point is available if the project includes a clothes washers and dryers in central areas that are accessible to all occupants. Do not install clothes washers and dryers in individual units.
VERIFICATION
Field Verification: The Rater will conduct field compliance verification and take photos of common laundry facilities.
INTENT Conserve water and foster a sense of community.
M7. GEARLESS ELEVATORS
CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION

One point is available if the project includes a gearless( or gearless traction) elevators are used instead of hydraulic or geared traction systems in all locations.
