G5. SUBMETER WATER FOR TENANTS
CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION
Two points of credit are available for submetering water use for all residences and non-residential tenants, if any. Only true submetering( with a separate meter for each unit / tenant) is eligible for points. Ratio or allocation billing is not eligible.
Note: This measure applies to multifamily projects only.
