CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION
Three points of credit are available for performing a soil percolation test to evaluate the soil capacity. Use best sustainable stormwater management practices to capture and treat 85 % of total annual runoff for the entire site area.
VERIFICATION
Field Verification: The Rater will conduct field compliance verification and take representative photos of stormwater features installed.
Documentation: The Rater will collect the following:

Calculations of annual stormwater quantity and quantity treated An Accountability Form with criteria signed by the landscape architect or civil engineer, or other appropriate expert, along with any other requested supporting documentation Soil test results / analysis, including infiltration rate
To reduce the quantity and improve the quality of stormwater leaving the project site. To filter and retain stormwater on site using natural features of the project site.
