Field Verification: The Rater will conduct field compliance verification.
Documentation: The Rater will collect a map with walking distances drawn in and highlighted to identify neighborhood services and / or recreational amenities. Note that distances offered by computer maps are straight lines( that is,“ as the crow flies”) and not the actual walking distances. The Rater will collect other documentation stating compliance with this measure as needed.

Documentation: If field verification is not sufficient, the Rater will collect a plan with traffic lane widths identified and / or a plan with the distance between intersections identified.

Measure N3.5: The Rater will complete field compliance verification of installed bicycle storage and take photos.
Documentation: The Rater will collect calculations and plans that show how the project meets the threshold from the builder.
