Field Verification: The Rater will conduct field compliance verification, take measurements in the field as needed for universal design, and take photos of features. Documentation: The Rater may require an Accountability Form and supporting documentation that all components of the measure have been met. INTENT To promote design and construction of units that can adapt to multiple lifestyles and uses. To reduce the need to construct additional units for unique or specific lifestyles and neighborhood diversity needs. To design attractive buildings with flexible and adaptive spaces for occupants whose physical needs may change over their lifetime.

AFFORDABILITY
CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION Up to four points of credit are available as follows: N7.1. Dedicated Units for Households Making 80% of AMI or Less (Up to 2 Points)
Note: This measure applies to multifamily projects only. Points will be awarded based on the percentage of units in the project dedicated for households making 80% of AMI or less, as follows: ? ? 25% of all units—1 points 50% or more of all units—2 points Units with Multiple Bedrooms for Households Making 80% of AMI or Less (1 Point)
N7.2.
Note: This measure applies to multifamily projects only. To receive credit, the at least 15% of the units dedicated for households making 80% of AMI or less must have three or more bedrooms (minimum two units). N7.3. At Least 20% of Units at 120% AMI or Less are For Sale (1 Point)
