Martial Arts Tai Chi Ages 18+ Tai Chi is a Chinese system of slow, meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation, balance, and health. Well-known for reducing stress and increasing cardiovascular efficiency, Tai Chi focuses on the holistic development of the mind, body, and spirit. Class focuses on discipline, breath control, and the balance of mental and physical power. Open to beginners to advanced students. Promotion tests are held every two months for participants who wish to advance in rank. (Testing fee required.) Uniforms may be purchased from the instructor.
