Fitness classes are for ages 14+.
Fitness instructors tailor the exercises
in every class to the individual’s level
of fitness and ability.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is for beginners, those who
might be experiencing chronic pain, or
other physical limitations. The focus will
be on learning breathing techniques and
linking breath to movement. Learning
basic yoga postures with a focus on proper
alignment. This class will help with postural
alignment, range of motion, balance,
building strength, and stress reduction.
We end each class with a brief meditation
leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed.
All are welcome.

A yoga block and strap are also helpful. Do
not purchase yoga supplies until you have
received confirmation of placement in class.
All Levels
This Vinyasa Flow yoga class is comprised
of a sequence of flowing yoga poses that
link movements to breath. The focus is on
enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility.
The pace is moderate, but options are
offered to take poses to an intermediate
level. The class concludes with poses
that make you feel calm, balanced, and
renewed! ss

Chair Yoga
Do you want to take Yoga, but cannot get
up and down from the floor? This class is
made just for you! Anyone experiencing
loss or lack of flexibility is best suited for
this class. Class starts with breathing
techniques, followed by stretches, strength
building and balance, all in the comfort of a
chair. ss

Deep Stretching is well-suited for people
with sciatica, back pain & injuries. Focuses
are breathing techniques & alignment.
Students will be holding postures for optimal
