Fitness instructors tailor the exercises in every class to the individual’s level of fitness and ability. Gentle Yoga Gentle yoga is for beginners, those who might be experiencing chronic pain, or other physical limitations. The focus will be on learning breathing techniques and linking breath to movement. Learning basic yoga postures with a focus on proper alignment. This class will help with postural alignment, range of motion, balance, building strength, and stress reduction. We end each class with a brief meditation leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed.
