Ages 7–9 • Grades 2 & 3 • 8 weeks

T he Youth Soccer Little League is a combination of 2nd and 3rd grade boys and girls that
emphasizes player skill development. This league will teach your child the necessary skills to
function in a team environment, build lasting friendships, and build the foundation for their
love of soccer and team sports.
The Youth Soccer Little League will be gender specific and age appropriate if enough boys
and girls register for each age group. Practices will include a compilation of drills and games
focused on developing skills and building their team chemistry!
This league will not only teach your child the basics of the game of soccer, but also provide a
safe environment to excel and meet other kids in Des Plaines with similar interests, which is
essential to any young boy or girl’s childhood development.
All participants will receive a phone call from their coach prior to the first practice. If you do
not receive a call, please understand that we are recruiting coaches. If you do not receive a
call by 8/26, or if you have any questions about the program, please call 847-391-5717.

level of soccer.
