Come join us and we will make
your day off feel like a vacation!
We have two very popular programs:
Kruisin’ Kids takes you on a recreational
field trip and Leisure Lizards lets you hang
out at the Leisure Center for a day full of
staff supervised fun and games.
Flexible hours to fit your schedule
Drop-off for both programs begins at 7:30a.
Pick-up as late as 6:00p.
Note: Pre-Registration is preferred for Kruisin’
Kids trips and Leisure Lizards. All refund
requests for School Day Off activities must be
made 48 hours prior to the day of program.
We cannot honor refunds made after that

When your D62 school is closed
for a weather emergency day...
WE HAVE YOU COVERED!
Through this cooperative effort, whenever
D62 schools are closed due to extreme
cold, we offer a School Day-Off Program
at the Leisure Center for students in
grades K–8. Park District staff supervised
programs run from 7:30a–6:00p and lunch
is included! We post these programs on
our website and Facebook page as soon as
D62 alerts us to a winter weather related
day off. Students from D59 and D63
schools are always welcome. Of course, at
the door registration is accepted. mh

for sports, games, food, and fun! Each day
is a different adventure, and you’re sure to
have a great time.

excellent activities planned for you. Choices
include gym sports and games, game room,
arts and crafts, special events, and outdoor
activities (weather permitting). We also have
a lunch option available.
