Editor’s Letter
Dear Ladies,
have shared the inspiring
stories of hundreds of
women. We seek to grow
these platforms that
have emerged from DOZ
Magazine; hence it is time
to lay the magazine, as you
know it, to rest. This is your
farewell issue. We hope you
enjoy it. I would like to use
this opportunity to thank
DOZ Magazine readers and
subscribers. Subscribers
will be contacted in due
course with regards to their
pending subscriptions.
Welcome to May.
I am sure I have said this
many times, but even
at the risk of sounding
like a broken record, I
am going to say again
that this is my favourite
time of the year and my
best month. There is
something about May;
May works for me. It
always has. And I am
even more excited about
May 2020 because of
specific changes that
will be made to DOZ
Network. One of such changes will be the
dissolving of DOZ Magazine as you know it.
I started DOZ Magazine in 2009 because I
wanted a platform to tell my story. At some
point, DOZ Magazine was separated into
two magazines, DOZ Regular Magazine
and DOZ True Story Magazine. Our readers
loved them both. In 2015, DOZ True Story
Magazine was renamed DOZ Chronicles and
currently has four stories published under
that brand of DOZ Magazine. DOZ Magazine,
as you know it, exits DOZ Network at this
point to make room for the growth and
expansion of DOZ Chronicles. Also, since
its relaunch in 2016, DOZ Magazine has
evolved into different platforms which
This is DOZ Issue 55, May
2020. Our DOZ That Inspire
You is, Audreia Josephs. She is a life coach
and motivational speaker who specialises in
the “Art of Forgiveness,” and she shares with
us her journey, which although filled with
the pain of abuse, rejection, betrayal, shame
and disappointment has turned out to be
a fairytale with a happily ever after. As you
read her interview, be inspired to rise from
the ashes through forgiveness.
Farewell. Thank you. Blessings.
