Rules change from time to time in a condo , so be sure to check what ’ s current . Minimum rental periods vary from 1 month to 1 year . A few buildings have waiting periods before you can rent . Pet rules also change , with 0 to 3 being allowed , sometimes restricting the number of dogs to a lower number than total pets .
Condos are still facing rising insurance costs , as well as needing to be concerned with the required millestone inspections and required full funding of reserves . As Confucius said , “ May you live in interesting times .” That we do .
