If you ’ ve reached this far in the book , then I am assuming you have made the decision to downsize or you are not far off making that decision .
In this chapter I am going to focus on Local Adapters and Scene Changers .
The preference for Local Adapters and Scene Changers includes living in middle and inner ring suburbs of Melbourne , Sydney , Brisbane , Perth , Adelaide and other large country regional towns . Some of you might even look at an inner city downsizing option with a ‘ tree change ’ or ‘ sea change ’ as a second home .
