it became evident that Jack and Sarah had zoned in on one particular property as their first choice . It was a large twobedroom apartment on the right side of the building and we all agreed that it suited all their needs . However , there was one problem . When I asked if they would like to buy it that day or at least reserve it for a week , they went weak at the knees .
Jack and Sarah then decided to share a number of issues they faced . Here are just a few :
• They had never sold a house before .
• They really wanted to sell first before they committed to a purchase .
• They were extremely nervous about the whole process .
• They didn ’ t want to dip into their super or cash to place a deposit on the apartment .
