So , you are thinking about downsizing ?
There are many different reasons Australians are downsizing right now , including divorce , financial strains , financial planning , or simply a change in values . For older Australians whose health may be deteriorating , downsizing is a logical step .
Downsizing is also part of the natural ‘ circle of life ’.
We start off as young couples without children in a small house ( or flat ). Once the family comes along we either extend the small house or sell and buy a bigger one to accommodate our growing family . Many years of birthdays , parties , and Christmas gatherings follow , creating memories along the way .
