Mary
Mary was in her 60s and recently widowed. She was from a
large Italian family and her late husband was an only child who
arrived here in Australia from Italy in the 1970s. They had been
married for 40 years when Gianfranco (Frank) suddenly passed
away. They had two grown-up daughters who were married but
lived in different states.
Mary attended one of my ‘Downsizer information’ nights where
we discussed the process of buying a property suitable to
downsize into.
The presentation went for just under an hour and very quickly
afterwards she made her way up to the front to talk privately
