When you think of grilled food, the Direct Grilling method is what most
people imagine. Use the classic grill for direct grilling.
You can also add multiple levels of grills to allow simultaneous low and
high heat cooking.
Remember, even with direct grilling, the BBQ lid should remain closed.
This will ensure the meat is cooked more quickly and evenly because the
moisture is retained and the charcoal burns most efficiently.
The amount of charcoal used directly influences the cooking level. The
more charcoal used, the closer the grill is to the coals. Therefore, it’s
important to adjust the temperature of the grill according to the amount of
coal placed in the BBQ.
