The first is called 'The Wealthifier, and the sigils used around the magnetron from the Greater Key as 'self-charging', because they are contained in smaller magnetrons surrounded by the images of the planets they represent.
In theory, this does away with the need to charge the sigils separately (i.e. putting the image of the planet in the witness well and the sigil in the transmittal plate and so on) before using them in an operation."
