The easiest and most effective grid is the Decagon. You don't need to align it to the North-South ax. You just put the target (name or photo) in the middle and you write on a piece of paper the goal that you put on the target.
Actually, you can use a symbol to express the goal (crystals, stones, color, shapes, archetypes, and so on). You just put it on the target.
After that you draw the contour of the Decagon with your finger or just wit your imagination, without interrupting the contour line.
