essex Game is a small, family run business
providing fresh quality venison from the
Wessex region. All our venison is fully traceable
and quality assured. We only use 100% venison
in our mince, burgers and sausages (gluten free
versions available).
You won’t find any artificial ingredients, addi-
tives or preservatives in any of our products.
We can cater for trade and public.
Wyld Meadow Farm is in the far west of Dorset
where the Sage family has farmed sheep using
traditional methods for generations. The welfare
of their animals is paramount. The sheep and beef
cattle are reared naturally, on a chemical free diet,
grazing on prime Dorset meadow. Clive and Jo
Sage produce high quality, full flavoured lamb and
extremely tender beef.
