BKLYN BALLIN'

from the east part and money from the west in 2009 we met through a mutual friend.

Here's what Birdy said on about the when they first met met up, "In late 2013 I was working on my mixtape.Listening to a beat.Money started freestyling a hook. I stopped the beat and told him to get in the booth. That day we recorded the song "Paper". Happy with the outcome, we decided to become a group, and Bklyn Ballin was born"

DS: We currently see you promoting your single Where It At? We must say that is a dope song, and an awesome video. You are currently working on an EP. How soon can your fans expect the EP, and have you decided on a title?

BKLYN BALLIN:''Thanks", said Money, "Yes where it at is our single we pushing that's the song that created a buzz for us in NYC. We just put the video out you can check it out on YouTube at BklynBallinTV . That's the first song off the first Ep that we working on which will be out soon, by the beginning of the summer. We didnt come up with the title yet, but it will be a 2 part Ep with about 4 or 5 songs on each one."

DS: We checked out some of your shows on youtube. For are readers that are in NY and surrounding areas, what are the upcoming shows where they can see you perform?

BKLYN BALLIN: Currently we don't have any upcoming shows usually we get last minute calls to do them u can stay updated with that on our social networks we did a bunch through out last year but now we focusing on putting out videos and finishing the Ep before we start hitting the stage again .

DS: It looks like you guys had a really good year last year for 2014, what can you say you learned last year that we'll see in implemented in 2015?

BKLYN BALLIN: Last year we jumped right into the scene to test out our music, and to see the response we would get, which was a great one. We learned thatyou gotta be out there to network , and you gotta keep your face out there. The more they see you the better your chances are. It's about building relationships. You gotta remember there's millions of people doing music today. You just gotta keep grinding, and never give up.

DS: You guys are a group, and you don't see a lot of groups out at the moment, and you had mentioned that in your last interview with us. What are some of the things that you think are missing from hip hop? What do you think will improve hip hop?

BKLYN BALLIN: We don't think hip hop in whole needs improvement. As far as Nyc Hip Hop is concenrned we need to unite more, and do more songs together instead of trying to be the King or Bringing New York back. That's the problem Ny hip hop has right now.We just need to make good music .

DS: People seem to gravitate to artists that give back to the hood, or at least they pay attention to it. We wanted to know if there charities or good causes that you support as group? Or are you planning to work with any?

BKLYN BALLIN: Since we only been a group for a year, that's something that we see in our future plans. We're planning to give out school supplies and some of our merchandise for the kids in our hood.
