What would you say has been the best or most memorable moment in your career so far?

Performing as one of the warm up acts for Redman and Methodman and meeting them both backstage. Oh and M.O.P. were there too! All of those guys were gods to me when I was growing up. A few weeks before that I had also supported Grandmaster Flash and Afrika Bambaataa which was also an amazing experience.

What are you working on currently, and what are some of your upcoming projects?

I just released a promo entitled 'Freedom Styles Radio' it's an EP/Short film Three tracks and videos that link together to form an abstract journey through my mind during the 30 days in which I made it.

I'm also celebrating the one year anniversary this month of the release of my second solo album 'The Difference' by rereleasing it on Soundcloud.com/RawzMusic it's also still available to download at www.Rawz.bandcamp.com

I plan to release my 3rd Solo album in June/July and am looking for a label to work with for it's release. 'The Path' will be in many ways a sequel to The Difference; following on from The Difference's theme of juxtaposition, contrast and decision making. The Path looks at the consequences of decisions and the road that it leads us on.

What's 5 things your fans don't know about you?

I stood on the pitch and saw the Rolling Stones rehearsing live at Wembley Stadium when I was about 6 or 7 years old.

I did a track with Rass Kass a few years ago that is yet to be released. An old friend of mine was his driver for a while and he hooked it up. Rass Kass liked my verse but we’re still waiting for my friend to drop his.

I'm from Oxford, UK but never went to university. Oxford is more than just a university city.

I do a lot of work with deprived young people. Particularly helping them to express themselves through music.

What makes you more unique than other artists?

My accent is a real english accent and is similar to that which Shakespeare would have spoken in, not like Hugh Grant but an earthy 'real' english voice that you probably haven't heard before. I talk about real issues and injustices all over the world. My music is about social commentary not bragging. I ain't on an ego trip.

What's one trait about yourself that you don't like?

I can be too relaxed sometimes.

Who's someone you would like to work with in the industry, and why?
