MM: The "style" of music I do... is idk.... B-funk. It's a little of everything. It's rock, it's soul, it's gospel, it's jazz, it's funk it's punk at times. It's the sound of the folks that grow up hearing everything...

DM: When did you begin doing music?

MM: My first cry was the pentatonic scale lol...

MM: Take 6, Bobby McFerrin, Jay Dilla, Stevie Wonder, Prince, D'angelo, Bob James, OutKast, The Roots, Mos Def, James Brown, Sade, Micheal Franks, Parliament, MC Hammer, Oaktown 357, E-40, America, Gentle Giant, Steely Dan, Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, Lorretta Lynn, Rolling Stones, Isley Brothers, Wilson Mackey, Stevie Mackey, Stan Mackey.

DM: Who would you most like to collab with and why?*

MM: I would love to COLLAB with anyone that is hungry and ready to break some molds!

DM: What's your favorite thing to do when you aren't writing/producing/playing etc.?

MM: watch portlandia of workaholics season 1-2

DM: If you weren't singing and creating music, what would you be doing?*

MM: Sitting in a nut house, cause I can't get this song out of my head...
