Practice and Train
Don't feel defeated, if something does not go right. Just keep at it, in order to win you must continue a practice schedule. Practice and train as often as possible to perfect your craft. Stay focused on developing yourself into the person you forsee yourself to be. Have a plan or list of basic steps that will provide you with the strength and courage you need to Win the ultimate goal which is Success.

Set Goals
Be honest with yourself by setting specific goals that you can actually fullfill. Give yourself challenges or ask a friend or collegue to help you achieve some of those small tasks, to get you in the groove of making some changes, when it comes to your success Remember it can be done,so just do it. 4
Strive and Work Hard
Working hard may come easy for some, but not for all. Some athletes can be hard working but lack other talents. You have to take all of those things and gather them to create your own way of managing the work. Perserverance, time, health, energy and keeping a straight and focused head, all take place when completing and striving for your goals. Know how to manage them and place them in the correct demanding orders. Keep everything leveled and in sequence.

Win, Win, Win
So you are giving the game your all, and the oponent tries to take over. You get your head in the game and Win. Show them this is your town even if it's theirs. Make your mark in hisory, the finish line is just inches away. so cross it and defeat your opposer. Make every second count, strategize to your advantage. Timing and skill is key when Winning the Goal.

Never Give up
Keep the battleship a float, never throw in the towel. Stand still for a moment if things are not working. Everything comes in great time, everyone has a season to shine. So remember all the hard work you have completed, Never Give Up!
