DM: How long have you been boxing?

RDR: About 2 1/2, 3 years

DM: How did you get started Boxing?

RDR: It was always something that I wanted to do, since I was a kid so I begain researching and found a trainer and different gym's to train in the area

DM: Amazing a go getter loving that. What do you get out of Boxing?

RDR: A rush I really love getting hit and that it's a contact sport, it's about skill and timing. It's makes you discipline and I'd do anything for pain, it also helps control different types of anger that we hold in.

DM: How many hours do you train? And what do you do when in training?

RDR: Usually about two hours to train. We do Cardio, runs, flip the tire, sparing, vest work, jump rope and medium weight lifts

DM: Are you a fan of the Wizaards or the Redskins being that your from the Dmv?

RDR: I'm a fan of both got to support the home team

DM: What famous or professional Fighters are you inspired by?

RDR: I like Floyd Mayweather, Sugar Ray, Ali, Danny Garcia I watch all of their unique styles and I gather them all to create my own style it's like music I have a variety of artist that I listen to I might need a little something from each of them.

DM: Nice. What advice do you have for up coming Boxers and those who want to train to become a fighter?

RDR: Believe in yourself and stick to your plan, don't be scared sometimes we are our own worst enemies

DM:How does this sport help the Community?

RDR: It shows kids discipline and it's a family orientated thing or any sport for that matter, it gives them a place to go and helps them to control and deal with anger
