Antwon Yates

DM: Hello how are you doing and thanks for sitting down with Dominext Today

AY: No prob thank you

DM: So tell me about the Football League that you are in.

AY: Well the name of my league is AFA the Metro Phoneix in Maryland which is a Semi-Pro Team

DM: Cool. How long have you been with Metro Phoneix?

AY: For 3 seasons it's a spring League

DM: How did you get involved with the team?

AY: My brother and some friends went to try out so I went as well to try out and met the coach and the rest was history

DM:Where do you guys play and do you travel with the team?

AY: We play our home games at Walker Mill Md, and we do get to travel to places like Virginia Beach, Annapolis, West Va and Pennsylvania depends on who we are playing

DM: Awesome. How does the team benefit you and others around you?

AY: It's good because it keeps the young guys of the street and give us all an outlet and just something to do as well as prepare the fellas who want to persue colleges and the NFL and we get to play for a chance to win a championship. It also shows you responsibility and we grow.

DM: Amazing that is simply wonderful we need more community programs like this one and who is the owner of your team?

AY: His name is Thomas Robinson he's been a great mentor to all of us

DM: What other events or things do you guys get to be apart of?

AY: My favorite we have an All Star game where they gather the best players to compete at the all star games so I really enjoy being apart of that

DM: Sounds like fun I might have to check that out. So are you close with your teammates?
