Team Coach
Justine Davenport
Justine Davenport is one of the most talented agility competitors in Canada today and a strong contender on the world agility stage. Justine’ s commitment to consistency in training, handling, and competition has been instrumental in her success. Actively competing at a National level at a young age, Justine won the 2003 Canadian National Championships and the 2003 NADAC Championships with Bounder, and placed 3rd at 2003 Nationals with Chase. For the next 4 years Justine and Bounder dominated their division ultimately winning Nationals 5 years in a row! Justine, who lives in Edmonton, has been on Canada’ s World Team for the past 5 years representing Canada at the FCI World Championships with both Bounder and Chase. In 2004 they represented Canada in Italy, Spain; in 2005, Bounder placed 6th in Small Team and in 2006 while competing in Switzerland Chase won the individual Standard Round for Medium dogs and placed 4th in Medium Team. And again this year Justine and her youngest dog Preston made it onto the FCI world team for Oct 2010. All five of Justine’ s dogs have made it to the World Team … an impressive accomplishment. Competing at international level gives Justine an eye for training and handling far beyond the average seminar presenter.
