MODEL LIGHTING ORDINANCE - USER’S GUIDE MODEL LIGHTING ORDINANCE - TEXT TABLE D EXAMPLE - PERFORMANCE METHOD - User’s Guide The first step in the Performance Method is to establish the Site Total Initial Site Lumens which regulates overlighting. The performance method allows layers of light depending on the complexity of the site. Table D establishes the basic total initial site lumens allowed.
