Daughters of a King [DOAK ™] Magazine is a Christian women’s quarterly periodical, with printed and
digital publications.
The mission of Daughters of a King rests on four
words: VIRTUE, BEAUTY, UNITY, and POWER.
Our mission is to bring keen awareness to the virtue
our Heavenly Father has placed within us, through His
Son, Christ Jesus. In this virtue, to recognize the inner
and outer beauty possessed by every daughter created by God. In our beauty, to embrace one another in
sisterhood and unity. In this unity, to stand together in
authority and power, to make a difference in another
person’s life.
The purpose of our magazine is to inspire, uplift and
inform on current events and social trends while providing written material from a faith-based foundation.

read the compiled data and learn of the number of people enslaved, the horror is overwhelming. The
sheer magnitude of the injustice and suffering seems to drown out the voice of our hearts - God’s heart making it easier to just look away.
Too often we wait until it happens to someone we know or love before we become concerned, but God
has called us to do much more. I believe each of us carries a personal responsibility to the suffering of
another person. To be Christ-like means we love the way He loves. When Jesus saw the multitude, the
Bible says, “He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast like sheep without a shepherd.” - Matthew 9:36 (NAS)
As the body of Christ, we are called to compassion and empowered to make a change. For those who
have been trafficked, giving the best of what we have (time, prayers, donations, sponsorship) can richly
bless a sur
