Bailey After a few minutes of talking with Mr. Nygel White you will scratch you head and say “Wow.” Says, this young 25 year old is humble, gracious, well-spoken and focused. He was born in Hartford, CT and traveled across the Connecticut to be raised in East Hartford. He states that he was influenced by his parents and grandfather and motivated by his younger siblings. In asking him what his weakness was he states, “Being too open and too friendly, which can give people the opportunity to take advantage of me.” Mr. White don't fret yourself about that. With wisdom and your attitude you will minimize that weakness. So, he works an impressive 9-5 at the Allied Rehabilitation Services with the title of Job & Business Developer. His duties are to assist individuals who have Intellectual Disability to gain and maintain employment. Then he transforms “After 5”, as a successful Entrepreneur developing his Brand as Co-owner and creative Director of YOP. The acronym for Years of Progress. His partner Bernard Benjamin also at 25 is the Business Coordinator. They are both graduates of Western CT State University.
