I was really excited about it to be
honest. I’ve been DJ-ing a long time,
producing music and touring all over the
w o r l d b u t I ’ v e n e v e r b e e n o n D J M a g To p

is a huge honour and to get that support
is great.
2. We feel this is only the start of
s o m e t h i n g b i g g e r, w h a t d o y o u h a v e
planned for 2016?
I’ve got big plans for 2016! I took a few
weeks off at the start of the year and to
focus more on studio time to finish off a
lot of projects which I’m working on. I am
also considering doing albums towards
the end of the year and also possibly
starting my own shows. I’m looking at
creating big shows, like concerts.

influences starting up?

Well, I didn’t start out as a DJ but I
s t a r t e d o u t a s a m u s i c p r o d u c e r. F r o m
the very beginning during my high
school days, I always liked drawing and I
started picking up computer animation.
Things like Pixar animation and Pixar
movies really fascinate me and I really
wanted to do something along that line.
So, I’ve been experimenting making
animations and making background
music for my animations and that’s how
I started making music. And I just fell
in love with making music more than
animation. At the same time, I was
going out to clubs every weekend, so it
became my passion. I started following
my passion for music more and more.
That’s how it sort of started out for
me, and after a while, I felt the need
to perform my music to an audience,
