IRB Human Subjects Application dates and Approval process Next dates: Application Submission March 2, 2017 April 6, 2017 May 4, 2017 IRB Meeting Dates March 28, 2017 April 25, 2017 May 18, 2017 Process: I.R.B F requently A How long after I submit my IRB will the decision will be given? The IRB generally meets monthly and applications must be submitted to the IRB administrator at least three weeks prior to the monthly meeting ( submission deadlines). Late application will be reviewed in the subsequent meeting. Decisions are mailed to advisors within 10 days of the IRB meeting. How do I find out the decision of my IRB? Check with you Advisor and/or the IRB Administrator sked Q uestions What if my IRB is not approved? If not approved, make the recommended revision and resubmit. Letter normally includes the committee concerns or protocol deficiencies.
