Composite Results
The composite results map shows the results of the compila on of all the other planning analysis maps. It
classifi es every block in the study area as being ripe for redevelopment (in which proper es are acquired,
demolished, and new constr uc on occurs) or reinvestment (in which exis ng structures are renovated and/or
added upon). These two classifi ca ons assume the associated baseline costs to each approach and necessary
land values and ease of property redevelopment associated with each.
