Big Reef of Jandia Approximately 250 metre long and not far from the Faro ( lighthouse ) de Morro Jable . Can be approached both from the shore and by dinghy . Almost always larger dusky groupers , sometimes angel sharks , dog sharks , often octopuses , moray eels , spiny lobsters . Colourful club-tipped anemones , trumpet fish , schooling fish and eagle rays . With luck , you may occasionally see a manta ray or other deep-sea dwellers .

Small Reef of Jandia Around 200 metres long . Can be approached from the shore and by dinghy . Sandy bottom at 12 metres , at 22 metres rocky and terraced . A drop off begins there , falling down to 35 metres . Characterised by small ledges , crevices and caves . Often shoals of sardines and barracudas , groupers , several species of moray eels , occasionally butterfly rays . .

El Chupadero ( El Puertito ) Easy shore dive at El Puertito . Good for beginners , check dives and night dives . Entry in a sheltered bay . Rocky bottom from 4 metres , large rocks in front of the bay , partly overgrown with sponges . Lots of bottom dwellers such as club-tipped anemones , starfish , nudibranchs , cuttlefish , octopus , cleaner shrimps and parrotfish . Sometimes rays or angel sharks .
