When in the right place , the small group of divers jumps off with the guide and touches down not a minute later at the edge of the canal . While we take shelter for the current behind small coral blocks in the sand or some stabilize themselves with a reef hook , the white tip , black tip and grey reef sharks with their apparent ignorance of the relatively strong current almost seem to mock us . They just pretend to float in a big bathtub . There is no hunting behaviour to be seen . The fish seem – like some birds in strong winds – to have fun playing with this form of natural force .
