ONE LAST TIME So here I was about to submerge myself into the ocean one last time; just by myself. The security man with his two! way radio had now realized I was a DFL guest, and left me alone. I took the steps down to the ocean floor! waist deep. I took the first few steps, and I thought, this is a great exercise to feel and be reminded of that I’ m connected throughout the entire world! with the vastness of the ocean! I’ m now without separation from the continents and the islands. I’ m one with nature! I know, you’ ve been wondering when that would come out! And then one last thought came to me,“ It’ s fucking cold out here!” I went back into the room, this time Carl was up and had started to pack. We both headed down to the dining hall to get breakfast. I said goodbye to a few people! but wanted to leave right away for I was getting choked up, plus I have to catch the ferry boat to catch a plane from Cancun.

Until I see you again somewhere in the world... I said to the 6 men in the van with me as they dropped me o " the ferry terminal, diving, traveling, and making a di " erence in other people’ s lives!
I’ m still somewhat pissed that MAYAir cancelled both flights to and fro Cozumel without telling me... but, it’ s all good!
Keep diving, keep having the best times of your lives, keep saying hello to every diver and non! diver you meet and keep giving and making a di " erence in people’ s lives you may not even meet! Buy those ra & e tickets! even though Cordell may win them all!
