At MIX Diversity Developers we have seen a steep increase in the number of global and national companies requesting training for their managers on ‘inclusive leadership’ so that they are capable of attracting, inspiring and influencing people of all genders and ages, with different cultures, abilities and lifestyles. Internal recruiting managers are being upskilled in how to recruit in an inclusive manner. Their knowledge of unconscious bias and how to mitigate its impact is increasing. In parallel we are seeing a skills gap amongst some search consultants in this area. Consequently we have designed a training resource on Inclusive Recruitment to attempt to reduce this gap.
