Hello my loves ! My name is Lakhila Tellis , RN and I am your Mental Fitness Coach . I coach women struggling with overcoming their past hurt and traumas to discover how to heal for their own peace & sanity , to help them recognize and build meaningful relationships so that they can live the life they desire and deserve . She deserves to live happily . Quite often we carry the baggage of our pain . And that is a heavy load . I assist women on how to release that baggage because I know oh too well how that heaviness can hinder you . I also know how it can consume you . I want to share a few simple tips that you can incorporate to help you make subtle changes to create a magnificent shift in your life .
Shift your mindset- You control your thoughts . How you think and what you think or believe is what you will manifest in your life . Identify sources of personal happiness- You know what makes you happy . If not , you need to take self-inventory and discover what makes you happy . Depending on people or material objects is not the answer . Love yourself- Get to know and understand who you really are in life . Acknowledge your likes and dislikes . What are your standards and boundaries in relationships ? These relationships include personal and business . Define your standards and make it clear what you will and will not stand for in your relationships . Live in the moment- Stop dwelling in the past . I know it can be difficult to let go but it is even harder to not move forward . Live your now and work at creating a better future for your emotional well-being .
