Prayer to Enter Into His Rest
Gracious and Loving Father,

I come to Your throne of grace giving You all the glory honor and the praise! I look to the hills from where my help comes from and all of my help comes from the LORD! Thank You for Your Love, Mercy, and Your grace! Thank You Lord GOD for the strength to overcome these cares and burdens when I put my trust in You. Father, You have promised in Your Word according to Hebrews 4:1-11 that we can enter into this rest through our faith in Christ Jesus. Lord, this rest allows me to let go of my trying to hold on to things that are out of my control. You said to take Your yoke upon me and learn of You for You are meek gentle and humble in heart. Your burden is light! I will find rest for my soul. Today, I cast my burdens on You Lord. You will sustain me. I thank You that You will never allow me to be moved, made to slip, fall, or fail in Jesus’ Name! Father, thank You that Your presence goes with me and that YOU give me rest! I will not fret nor shall I let my heart be troubled; neither let it be afraid. My hope is in You.
It is in the matchless Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
