Turkey Shephards Pie
Turn on oven 350 1 lb ground turkey 5 large peeled potatoes 1 / 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 large onions cut into small pieces 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables 1 / 2 cup of ketchup 2 teaspoons of soy sauce Salt and pepper garlic powder
Boil a large pot of salted water boil potatoes for 15 min.
Drain and mash 4 potatoes with 1 / 2 cup of milk and 1 / 2 stick of butter
Cut remaining potatoes in small cubes set aside.
Brown onions in for 4 min
Brown ground turkey for 10 min, in same pan with onions drain turkey add soy sauce, salt and pepper, add one cup of water, stir add 1 cup of ketchup let cook for 5 min
Mix frozen vegetables In with ground turkey mix, add remaining 1 potatoes cook for 5 min
Add mixture to bottom of baking casserole sprinkle with cheese, take Mashed Potatoes spread on top of meat and cheese add remaining cheese, sprinkle with garlic powder
Bake in oven 20 to 25 min. Let cool 5 min. Enjoy
Holyday String Bean Festival
1 frozen package of green beans
1 frozen package of french cut string bean’ s
1 sliced green, Yellow and red peppers
1 sliced thin Red Onion 2 cloves garlic chopped 3 table spoon of Olive oil
Cut onions and peppers into thin slices.
Cook onions and peppers and chopped garlic on stove for 8 min Add frozen green and french beans cook for 12 min
Add Favorite seasoning
Serve in fancy decorated plate enjoy
