Ranger Construction Industries, Inc. is a major Florida road building, asphalt and site development
contractor serving the central and southeastern areas of the state. The company provides a wide

highway work, Ranger paving crews provide quality resurfacing of roadways and parking lots for
Homeowners Associations, condos and other communities, as well as for commercial and industrial

Originally founded as Rubin Construction in the 1940s, the company became part of the Vecellio
Group in the late 1970s. It was renamed Ranger Construction Industries, Inc. and expanded into
numerous additional Florida markets in the years that followed. The fourth-generation, family-
