In 1997, Vac-Tron Equipment, a division of American Manufacturing was created, and took the environmental clean-up market by storm.

Today Vac-Tron Equipment is one of the world’s largest producer of industrial vacuum equipment. Vac-Tron Equipment, which has more than 30 industrial vacuum products and more than 50 wet and dry uses, has over 40 national dealers and 120 dealer outlets around the country.

Vac-Tron offers a full line of industrial vacuums, potholing, daylighting, hydro-excavation, and air excavation equipment. Vac-Tron can also be used for directional drill slurry removal, power pole setting, manhole clean-out, culvert clean-out, lateral and storm drain clean-out, industrial clean-up, waste clean-up, lift-station clean-up, oil spill clean-up, as well as other natural disaster clean-up applications.

Vac-Tron’s equipment is very effective for project exploratory excavations. The Equipment enables your excavations to be clean, precise and ready for inspection. Our equipment can uncover pipelines, phone lines, fiber optics ¬— and anything else buried up to 20 feet underground — quickly, safely, and without damaging the product.

Vac-Tron is the industry’s innovative leader and is now rolling out a new series of PTO (Power Take Off) truck driven systems for vacuum excavation. There is no other truck like it in the industry. The positive feedback from project managers so far shows that it is an overdue answer for the highly competitive vacuum excavation industry.

A major benefit of the PTO series is that all components are powered from the truck eliminating the extra weight, space, and cost of the pony motor. The towing package is another benefit allowing you to tow other equipment to the job site.

The full line of the HTV (Hydro Truck Vac) series has debris tanks ranging from 300 gallons to 1500 gallons in size. The Power Take Off of the truck drives positive displacement vacuum blowers that produce 1,000 to 2,600 CFM. These units are standard with a high pressure water system, full hydraulic rear claw door, reverse pressure, and the patented “Big Red” filter housing that cleans the air down to 0.5 microns (best in the industry) before it passes back through the vacuum pump. Air compressors and Hydraulic booms are also available on most of the HTV series units. Patent Pending.

The 300, 500 and 800 gallon HTV units give you the performance needed to take on the tough jobs in a compact package. The 300-gallon unit is available on a Ford F-550 chassis, the 500-gallon unit is available on a Ford F-650 chassis and the 800-gallon unit is on a Ford F-750 chassis. If it is capacity you are looking for, then the HTV 1573 full hydraulic PTO unit is the most versatile truck for your projects. This unit has 1500-gallon debris capacity, 700-gallons of freshwater, 2,600 cfm with reverse pressure and a fully hydraulic 6” boom.

Patented CVS Filtration System: The HTV PTO filtration housing incorporates a 28” (71.1 cm) diameter cyclone, four-way valve for reverse pressure, and the largest silencer in the industry for quiet performance.

Vac-Tron’s industrial vacuum systems are available on a truck, trailer or skid mounted unit.
