NUCA 2016 TOP JOBS COMPETITION NOW OPEN APPLICATION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 18
NUCA ' s Top Jobs competition recognizes outstanding projects that exhibit innovative solutions to challenging obstacles and produce the highest quality results. The competition is open to all NUCA contractor members in good standing. Non-member contractors who join NUCA by November 14, 2016, may enter the competition.
Projects may be entered in one or more of the following categories:
• Communications
• Electrical power
• Gas distribution
• Oil and gas pipelines
• Shale gas play
• Water or treatment plants
• Sanitary sewer collection / storm drains
• Water distribution
• Trenchless technologies
• Excavation / site development
• All projects must have been completed between November 1, 2015, and October 31, 2016.
• Projects that involved serious injuries or fatalities are not eligible for this competition.
• A group of independent non-member judges will select three finalists from each category.
• Finalists ' applications will be on display at NUCA ' s 2017 Convention for attendees to review, vote on, and select winners in each category and an overall Top Jobs winner.
All category finalists are encouraged to attend the NUCA 2017 Convention, March 4-6, to discuss their projects with voting attendees.
