Andrew Mayts Award
He has held leadership positions on the SUCA Board of Directors since 2013 , including Secretary , Treasurer , Vice- Chairman , and Chairman . He also received the SUCA Chairman ’ s Award in 2014 .
Tim is Vice President of Sales for Associated Construction Products in Lutz , FL , where he oversees estimating , project management , budgeting , business administration , team management and negotiations . Tim also serves as an active member of the Florida Transportation Builders Association .
The Andrew J . Mayts Award is presented to a NUCA of Florida Board member who has made a significant contribution on the local and state level to the industry and association . This year ’ s winner is Tim Carmichael .
Tim became an active member of SUCA 19 years ago . Beginning in 2013 , he moved thru the ranks of the association on its various committees and boards , such as :

Tim not only shows up to every event , he shows up early with the intent to help set up , breakdown and be hands- on throughout its entirety .”
