EXHIBIT SPACE SPECIFICATIONS – TABLE TOP EVENT
Each exhibit space will have a 6 ’ table with two chairs . Options for tables are on a first come first serve basis . All displays must be confined to the top of your table or behind your booth . DOOR PRIZE & GRAND DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR REGISTRATION
As part of your registration , each exhibitor must supply a door prize ( minimum value of $ 50 ) without company logos * unless you are a sponsor . The door prizes will be collected from each exhibitor the day of the event during setup . Door prize drawings will be held throughout the evening . The company donating the door prize will be recognized . As an exhibitor , we will donate the following door prize ( s ): We are accepting sponsorships for the Grand Door Prize , Bar & Hors d ' oeuvre ' s . All Sponsors will be recognized at the Showcase and in all print and media material . Bar Sponsor & Hors D ' oeuvre Sponsors will have additional recognition . This is not a requirement of registration . * Sponsors do not have to donate a door prize .
